All conference participants must have an active CASCA or SANA membership.
Please note that all conference participants who reside or work in Canada must be CASCA members.
Membership fees can be paid at the same time as registering for the 2016 Conference. Participants who do not have their CASCA or SANA membership and 2016 conference fees paid by the submission deadline will be excluded from the final program.
Conference registration will remain open after the submission deadline for those wanting to attend CASCA SANA 2016 and participate informally.
Conference participants are limited to presenting one paper at CASCA/SANA 2016. However, there is no limit on the number of other roles per participant, such as, discussant, panel chair, organizer, and round-table participant. Note: discussants can register as a ‘paper as part of a panel’ and then add a comment that they are acting as discussant.

-Up to February 1, 2016: $185
-Feb 2 to April 20, 2016: $210
-April 21, 2016 and after: $230
Students, Postdocs, Low Income, Retired
-Up to Feb 1, 2016: $90
-Feb 2, 2016 to April 20, 2016: $105
-April 21, 2016 and after: $115
All conference fees include the cost of translation of the abstracts.
Additional Advance Registration Required:
-Women’s Network Luncheon: Thursday May 12 at the University Club $30
-Banquet: Saturday May 14 at 7 pm at the Waterfront Warehouse with live music $80 or $55 for students. Please note there are limited student tickets available, so please buy your tickets early!
-Childcare must be pre-booked and a $20 deposit paid.
-Departmental Chair breakfast, Friday May 13 in SOSA department lounge (for departments in Canada).

**Reimbursements are available for the CASCA/SANA 2016 registration fees only (registration fees for membership to CASCA or SANA are not reimbursed).
March 30, 2016: Cancellations submitted by this date will receive a 100% reimbursement.
April 20, 2016: Cancellations between March 31, 2016 and up to April 20, 2016 will receive a 50% reimbursement of conference registration fees.
After April 20, 2016: No reimbursement.
Submissions are no longer accepted. Registration remains open for conference participants without papers and official roles.
Notifications of acceptance will be emailed in early March.
